He decided to become a massage therapist because he noticed the tremendous improvements regular therapy provided to his own back (Thanks Bo). Work experience includes everything from the traditional spa settings to more clinical experiences—his most notable being for Howard Brown, where he worked on helping HIV patients. He has had numerous educators in the field ranging from instructors at The Chicago School of Massage Therapy to The North Jersey Institute. Deep Tissue Massage$80.00/60min. $130.00/90min. $170.00/120min.--Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Swedish Massage $80.00/60 min. $130.00/90 min. $170.00/120min.--Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Trigger Point Therapy (Incorporated in every session) Individual sessions $80.00/60 min. $130.00/90min.--Trigger Point Therapy is a style of bodywork that focuses on stimulating and releasing "trigger points" in your body. Trigger points are tender areas of tension similar to acupressure points, except they occur in the belly of the muscle rather than along the energy pathways of the body. These "knots" are built up throughout a person's life due to physical, mental, and/or emotional stress. During a session, focused pressure is applied through a variety of techniques order to release your trigger points. This process can be quite painful at times, yet the effects are lasting and profoundly transformative.
Pre-natal Massage $80.00/60 min. $130.00/90 min.--Pregnancy Massage is a style of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a time when a woman's body endures tremendous stress due to dramatic physical and emotional changes. Using various techniques specially developed for the expecting mother, Pregnancy Massage helps release the pain and discomfort experienced throughout pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the relief of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, and improved breathing and relaxation.
Reflexology  (Can be incorporated into 90 min. sessions) Individual hand and foot sessions $80.00/60 min. $100.00/90 min.--Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet and hands. Unlike other foot and hand massages that intend to mostly relieve tension, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet and hands. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.

ACE Massage Cupping™$150/75min. A wonderful ancient tool has found its place in the contemporary world of health care. ACE Massage Cupping™ is a modern form of vacuum therapy, and the incredible results that this simple treatment produces have truly impressed those who experience its subtle power.
By creating suction and vacuum pressure, ACE Massage Cupping™ is used to soften tight muscles and tone attachments, loosen adhesions and lift connective tissue, bring hydration and blood flow to body tissues, move deep inflammation to the skin surface for release, and drain excess fluids and toxins by opening lymphatic pathways.
ACE Massage Cupping™ therapy is incredibly versatile and the basic movements can easily be customized to accomplish a wide variety of techniques, from lymphatic drainage to deep tissue release. This complements many health modalities ranging from spa treatments and medical massage to chiropractic, physical and occupational therapies. Please contact me for further information on the benefits of this unique massage modality to find out more about what to expect from a session.

Shiatsu $130.00/90 min.--Shiatsu is a Japanese form of massage therapy. The word Shiatsu comes from two Japanese words - "shi" (finger) and "atsu" (pressure). In addition to the direct stimulation of pressure points along the energy pathways of your body, firm stretching techniques are applied over a wider area of the body to integrate the point work and encourage the flow of Chi (energy) throughout the body. Shiatsu is a meditative healing art that honors the body, mind and spirit. This modality is done on a mat on the floor. As there is no need to disrobe, you should wear comfortable, lose clothing.
Table Thai Massage with Swedish $200.00/120 min.--This is my signature massage and is more energizing and rigorous than most other forms of massage therapy. It is also called Thai Yoga massage, because of the use of hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like postures and stretches. The massage goes through a range of stretching and range of motion exercise, trigger points, stripping of muscle tissue, and is accompanied by hot towels and Lu pra-kab compresses.

Active Isolated Stretching (Can be incorporated into any session) Individual sessions (see Shiatsu)--A dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation.
